I’ve been bringing my truck to Pat at Dial Transmission for years, and he’s always been the guy I trust when something goes wrong. From rebuilding my transmission to helping diagnose and fix other ongoing problems, he’s consistently gone above and beyond for me. He fully rebuilt the transmission a couple years ago. Fixed something else under warranty, reprogrammed it, did whatever it took to make it perfect. Before I left on a cross-country road trip, Pat made sure my truck was completely sorted out and road-ready, even helping me right up until the last minute before I left. That really showed me how much he cares about his customers and the quality of his work. Good mechanics are hard to come by, but finding one that’s honest, dependable, and actually takes pride in what they do is even harder. Pat is one of those people. I wouldn’t trust my truck with anyone else. Thanks again

Pat at Dial Transmission has been taking care of my 2016 GMC Sierra Denali for years now, and I honestly can’t recommend him enough. He rebuilt my transmission and has helped me through countless issues with the truck over the years. Every time, he’s been knowledgeable, honest, and takes the time to make sure the job is done right. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can actually trust, especially with major work like transmission repairs, but Pat has always been reliable and fair. My truck runs great because of him. If you need transmission work or someone who genuinely knows what they’re doing, go see Pat at Dial Transmission. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience with Dial Transmission and specifically working with Patrick. From start to finish, he and his team were responsive, professional, and easy to work with. They completed the transmission replacement ahead of schedule and made the entire process much less stressful by handling the claim directly with our insurance company. Communication was excellent throughout, and we really appreciated the transparency and efficiency. Highly recommend Patrick and the Dial Transmission team!

These guys are the best, I had my 82 and 85 Rivieras worked on here and they did a fantastic job. I live in Connecticut and went to multiple transmission shops that weren’t able to work on these cars. Based of a recommendation they told me to go to Dial. I had a rebuilt transmission on the 82 and a solenoid issue on the 85 and since they got worked on both cars feel brand new. They are no nonsense either, they can get the cars in and out and don’t let them sit like a lot of shops do. I highly recommend this transmission shop.

I was told from Nissan service dept. that I needed a new transmission. I brought my 21 Nissan Titan to Patrick and he was able to do a transmission flush and some additives and the truck feels and runs great. Patrick and his team were very fast and reasonable and I highly recommend his services. Great company to deal with. Appreciate people like him!
